Launching Your Bundle

Review these steps before launching your new bundle on Shopify.

Data Syncing

When you create a new bundle, the product listing within Shopify will automatically be set to draft and not assigned to any sales channels. All updates to the bundle listing and publishing need to happen from the Shopify admin instead of the BundleM8 app. This separation ensures no data duplication and the potential for bundles to fall out of sync.

Before launching your bundle, you will need to add a product description, add any images and set the active sales channels.

Synced Changes

Any changes to the bundle title or SKU from the Shopify admin will be reflected in the BundleM8 app. Any pricing changes will not stick, and the BundleM8 app will overwrite these.

Steps to launch your Bundle

Change the Bundle status to draft.
Enable the Online Store Sales Channel.
Click Save.
Ensure you have the BundleM8 theme widget installed.

Sales Channel Limitations

Bundles can be sold through only the Online Store sales channel. Bundles can’t be sold through Shopify Point of Sale or with selling plans.
